Evolution of the nerd squad
The nerd squad was unknowingly formed when we all started using email for communication. Shortly after this development, Cameron realized that he could set up a gmail account as a mailing list, by using filters. He used this technique for the first iteration of the SSU mailing list, but Robin saw something more. He saw a way to simplify the use of email. He made an account aptly named "Robins-Friends. This method of mailing continued (for robin at least) until google groups came out. Then we hit an all new level of nerdiness. The Nerd-Squad@googlegroups.com has seen almost 600 threads and these increase daily. We soon realized that we would need some way to represent ourselves, some way to identify our sites. The folowing was inspired by that ambition.
